• 8 unique parts per drone frame set
• Material: 6061-T6 aluminum alloy
• Tight tolerances: +/- 0.05mm on critical dimensions
• Hard anodized black finish (Type III)
• Burr-free edges required
• We will provide STEP files upon NDA signing

Material Type: Aluminum Alloy

Material Certification:

EN 10204 3.1 or equivalent

Material shall be free from cracks, inclusions, and surface defects.

Manufacturing Process

Machining Method:

• CNC Milling
• CNC Turning
• Multi-axis CNC machining (3/4/5 axis)

Machining shall be performed according to approved drawings and tolerances.

Burrs and sharp edges must be removed unless otherwise specified.

Dimensional Tolerances

General tolerances according to ISO 2768 (mK unless otherwise stated)

Critical dimensions and geometric tolerances as specified in drawings

Supplier shall ensure repeatability and consistency across production batches.

Surface Finish

As-Machined Surface Roughness: Ra ≤ ___ µm

Surface Treatment (if required):

Coatings shall be uniform, adherent, and defect-free
