Tip: More details = more accurate quotes. Include specs, materials, certifications needed.

For Suppliers

Step-by-Step
  1. 1Go to Dashboard → Add Product
  2. 2Select Category: Choose the most specific subcategory. This determines which attributes appear.
  3. 3Enter Basic Info: Product name, description
  4. 4Fill Category Attributes: Size, material, color, etc. (See "Products & Attributes" section)
  5. 5Set Pricing: Use quantity tiers for bulk discounts
  6. 6Set MOQ: Your minimum order quantity
  7. 7Upload Images: Min 1, max 5. First = main image.
  8. 8Submit!
Important: Category cannot be changed after submission. Choose carefully!

Why Use Price Tiers?

Encourage larger orders with volume discounts. Buyers see lower per-unit prices for bigger quantities.

Complete Your Profile

Go to Dashboard → Company Profile

From Your Dashboard
  • View All: See all your listed products
  • Edit: Update price, description, images
  • Delete: Remove products no longer available
Note: You cannot change the category of an existing product. Create a new listing if needed.

Products & Attributes

What Are Category Attributes?

Each product category has specific fields relevant to that type of product. When you select a category, the form dynamically shows the right fields.

How It Works:
  1. You select a category (e.g., "Women's Clothing → Dresses")
  2. System loads attributes defined for that category
  3. Form shows dropdowns/inputs for each attribute
  4. You fill in the values that match your product

What Is The "Other" Option?

Many attribute dropdowns include an "Other" choice at the end. This lets you enter a custom value when the predefined options don't match your product.

How To Use It
  1. 1Select an attribute dropdown (e.g., "Material")
  2. 2Scroll to the bottom and select "Other"
  3. 3A text input appears below the dropdown
  4. 4Type your custom value (e.g., "Bamboo Fiber Blend")
✓ Good Use Cases:
  • Material: "Recycled Ocean Plastic"
  • Color: "Rose Gold Metallic"
  • Size: "Custom dimensions on request"
✗ Avoid:
  • Don't use "Other" if a predefined option exists
  • Don't leave custom text empty
  • Don't enter irrelevant information
Technical Note

When you select "Other", the system saves both "Other" in the main field and your custom text separately. Buyers see your custom value displayed.

Dropdown (Select One)

Choose one value from a list. Most common type.

Example: Material → Cotton, Polyester, Silk, Wool, Other

Multi-Select (Choose Multiple)

Select multiple applicable values.

Example: Features → Waterproof, UV Protection, Breathable

Text Input

Enter any text value.

Example: Model Number, Dimensions

Number Input

Enter numeric values with optional units.

Example: Weight (kg), Capacity (L)

Marked with * - must be filled to submit product.

Step-by-Step Guide
  1. 1 Click the globe icon next to a text field

    • Source text (what you've typed)

  4. 4 Enter translation in the text area

How Translations Are Stored

Each translation is saved separately. When a buyer views your product in Turkish, they see the Turkish translation. If no translation exists, they see the original text.

To Update a Translation
  1. 1Open the translation modal (click globe icon)
  2. 2Select the language you want to edit
  3. 3Existing translation loads automatically
  4. 4Make your changes
  5. 5Save
Note: Changing the original text doesn't automatically update translations. Update them manually to keep content synchronized.

What Badges Mean for Buyers

When browsing products, badges help you quickly assess supplier trust levels:

  • Gold - Highest trust, fully verified, established business
  • Premium - Verified with paid membership
  • Verified - Basic document verification completed
  • New - Not yet verified

Use the "Supplier Type" filter on Products page to show only Gold, Premium, or Verified suppliers.

Recommendation: For large orders, prefer working with Verified or higher suppliers for added security.

Consider these implications:

  • All your product listings will be hidden
  • Active RFQs will be closed
  • Message history will be preserved but inaccessible
  • Company profile will be removed from search

For Buyers: Yes, completely free! Browse products, contact suppliers, create RFQs, and message all at no cost.

For Suppliers: Basic accounts are free with limited product listings. Premium and Gold memberships offer additional features and visibility for a subscription fee.

We take trust seriously:

  • Verified Suppliers: Document verification for legitimacy

  • Secure Messaging: All communications logged
  • Report System: Flag suspicious activity
Tip: Always verify suppliers independently for large orders. Start with smaller trial orders when possible.

This is a B2B marketplace platform - we connect buyers with suppliers. Orders and payments are handled directly between you and the supplier.

Typical Process
  1. Find product / create RFQ
  2. Contact supplier via messaging
  3. Negotiate price, quantity, terms
  4. Agree on payment method
  5. Supplier ships directly to you

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is set by each supplier based on their production costs and logistics.

Options:

  • Message the supplier - some are flexible for new customers
  • Pay a higher per-unit price for smaller quantities
  • Look for suppliers with lower MOQs
  • Use MOQ filter to find suitable products

Shipping is arranged between buyer and supplier. Common terms:

Discuss shipping terms with supplier before confirming order.

Yes! Most suppliers offer samples. Simply:

  1. Contact the supplier
  2. Ask about sample availability
  3. Discuss sample cost (some free, some paid)
  4. Pay shipping (usually buyer's responsibility)
Recommended: Always request samples before large orders to verify quality.

Response times vary by supplier and time zones:

  • Gold Supplier: Usually within 24 hours
  • Premium/Verified: 24-48 hours typical
  • Others: May take longer

If no response after 3 days, try another supplier or check your spam folder for replies.
